When I started creating my face charts I had no idea how to come up with an original idea. I chose some quotes that I thought would make a good starting point for a face chart, such as "All of me is cold". I felt like this meant that not only does she have a cold heart but her skin it cold and discoloured from lack of sun. I also liked "I am the ghost of a bride" because it again insinuates this idea of being forgotten or lost. All 4 of my face charts feature a heavy application of powder because I wanted a dusty effect. But after completing all of the face charts I felt like they were massively 'samey' and boring. I wanted a unique idea. Back to the drawing board for me!
